WATERSIDER MISSING
RECENTLY CLAIMED FOR INJURIES FAMILY LEFT WITHOUT WORD [ Per Pres* Association. ] NAPIER, March 10. The Napier watersider, Mr. Regaido Rells, who recently was successful in a Supreme Court claim for damages for injuries, has been missing from his home since Monday. It was presumed that he had gone to Wellington. Inquiries there were unsuccessful, however. He left home without leaving a message for his family. Mr. Rells was said to have worried over the litigation as the Judge reserved his decision after an appeal lodged by the defendants, the New Zealand Shipping Co.
