Mr. C. G. McCaul, of Wellington, president of the Associated Chambers of Commerce of New Zealand, and Mr. A. O. Heany, secretary, were visitors to Wanganui yesterday. Later they proceeded on to Hawera, where Mr. McCaul was to address a meeting of businessmen. • Rotarian George Smith, president of the Goulburn Rotary Club of New South Wales, was a visitor to Wanganui yesterday. Last evening he gave an address to members of the Wanganui Rotary Club on the ideals of Rotary. Rotarian George Smith visited New Zealand for the recent Pacific Rotary Conference and since then has been making a briet tour of the Dominion. On Monday he addressed members of the Wanganui Rotary Club and before his return to Australia he will deliver an address to Gisborne Rotarians.
