PLOTTING AND RIOTING COMMUNISTS ARRESTED CLASHES IN UKRAINE (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WARSAW, Feb. 8. Three hundred Communists, several of whom are women, have been imprisoned at Kieff, the capital of Russian Ukraine, on a charge ot plotting to kill Postiseliev, S.a.ins right-and man. It is estimated that 40 per cent, ol the leaders of the Communist Party in Kieff are now in gaol. It is reported from Southern Ukraine that in rioting which occurred there, nine were killed in a clash be tween Trotskyists and police agents. Two regiments of cavalry and Cossacks have been sent out to quell the disturbance. Meanwhile, in Moscow, a new trial is being prepared for 38 German :n--gineers and specialists accused o» sabotage.
