WET WELCOME IN WELLINGTON [ Per Press Association. I WELLINGTON, Feb. 8. The Oronsay arrived this morning to a wet Wellington welcome, but the rain and cold did not dampen the tourists’ enthusiasm and determination to see the city, ’buses and taxis being freely made use of. Organised tours were well patronised.
