MOST UP-TO-DATE IN WORLD VALUE TO AUSTRALIA AND N.Z. [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Feb. 6. The First Lord of the Admiralty, in a speech at Bradford, said the completion of the Singapore base was now well within sight and it would be of immeasurable value to Australia, Iletv Zealand, and India. It was intended that Singapore should be the most up-to-date naval base in the world, but it •imed at no country in any Continent.
