ENGAGEMENTS.
A marriage has been arranged and will shortly take place in London, between Marjorie Jean, daughter of Mr C. H. Severne, of Island Bay, Wellington, and Dr. James Paul Kennedy, eldest son of Mr Jay Kennedy and the late Mrs Kennedy, of KaWoi, Main Trunk Line. The engagement is announced of Muriel. Proctor, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Russell, Hataitai, to Desmond Chadwick, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Bourke, Whenuakura.
