CONFISCATED HEROIN
MASS DESTRUCTION THREE REC ENT SEIZURES. WASHINGTON, Nov. 24. The Revenue Bureau destroyed 15.000,000 dollars’ worth of confiscated heroin, the largest mass destruction of narcotics in history. The destruction was compulsory under the International Convention, and comprised three recent seizures.
