A further test in a foreign language will be applied Io Mrs Freei if she returns to the Commonwealth It is learned in Sydney that an instruction to this effect has been issued to the Immigration Authorities. The instruction, which emanated from Canberra, indicates that, despite ’ protests in the Commonwealth Parliament, the Government’s attitude is unchanged.
