WITHDRAWAL FROM ADDIS ABABA I British Official Wirclrr-sj Received Nov. 23. 9.25 pm ! RUGBY, Nov. 22. The withdrawal from Addis Ababa of the regular guard of one British officer and 20 Sikh men at the British Legation, as well as a party of 130 officers and men of the Punjab Regiment with which the guard was reinforced before the Italian occupation of the capital last year, will take place on Monday. The Italian Government have undertaken to guarantee the continued safety of the British Legation staff and property.
