MUCH SICKNESS SPIRITUAL. “A great deal of the sickness among us to-day is psychological and spiritual,” said Dr. J. D. Salmond in the Presbyterian General Assembly last week. ‘‘Are our young men being trained as soul surgeons to-day?” he asked. Many Ministers overseas were turning their vestries into psychological and spiritual clinics." ‘‘There is a great healing value,” he went on, “in being a good listener. People come along to a minister and pour out their troubles to him while he said never a word. Later they thank him for what he has done for them. Why is it that people get so much help from the Oxford Group today? It was because they insisted on getting rid of those things in their hearts which were the causes of their unhappiness. ’
