A meeting of Greek, Turkish, Yugoslav, and Rumanian chiefs of staff and military experts- is to be held on November 3. It is believed that it is designed to achieve a Balkan defensive bloc to mutually guarantee the integrity of the four countries. Local diplomatic circles see British diplomacy behind the move.
