WANGANUI ASSOCIATION JUNIOR MATCHES FIXTURES FCR TO-MORROW No senior matches will be played under the Wanganui Football Association’s auspices to-morrow, but enthusiasts will have an opportunity of seeing the juniors in action. Eastbrooke and Technical finished level in the Woodham Cup competition and will play off to-morrow. These teams are evenly matches and very keen so an interesting match should result. The draw for the first match of the knockout competition for the Boston Cup was Marist v. Rangers and this will be played to-morrow, as also will be the final of the fourth-grade, in which Eastbrooke and Technical were on even terms. The trophies won by the primary schools will be presented by Mr H. Lawrence, president of the association, at the annua] social to be held in the Y.M.C.A. on Thursday next, September 24, at 7 p.m. The boys are requested to bring along a mug as usual for the drinks. Also those boys having picture tickets should return same to Mr Ward. The grounds and referees are:— Juniors.—l.4s p.m.. Rangers v. Marist, on No. 1 ground. Victoria Park; referee, Mr Tysoe. 3 p.m., Eastbrooke v. Technical, on No. 1 ground, Victoria Park; referee, Mr Dear. Athletic will meet for practice at 2.30 p.m. Fourths.—2 p.m., Eastbrooke v. Technical, on Victoria Park, No. 2 ground; referee, Mr Ward. Eastbrooke junior team will be represented by: Wand, Fiske, Barnes, Dewson, Whiteside, Clarke. Robinson, Price, Henderson, Kerwin, Nelson, Seddon. Eastbrooke Juniors v. ' echnical: Wan, Barnes, Fisk, Price, Whiteside, Dewson, Robertson, Clark, Henderson, Kerwin and Nelson. Eastbrooke Fourths v. Technical: Souter, McMahon, Matthews, Bowes, Massey, Jones, Hopper, M. Jefferies, W. Jefferies, D. Hughes, S. Nimmo, Gordon.
