g * PETITION TO PARLIAMENT DEBENTURE HOLDERS’ ALLEGATION. * [Per Press Associat’on] WELLINGTON, Aug. 25. In the House of Representative* this afternoon a petition was presented by the debenture holders requesting that the Government should set up a tribunal to investigate the operations of the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand, with e special reference to the position of - j the company under the Companies - I Special Investigation Act. n It was alleged that the company - had suffered injustice as a result of - the action of the last Government in n passing legislation on the recomg mendation of the Companies' Commission.
