OFFICIALS ELECTED At the annual meeting of the Foxton Racing Club last week Messrs W. E. Barber and R. Bryant were elected life members. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron. Mr J. R. Whyte; president, Mr W. E. Barber; vice-presidents, Messrs S. R. Austin, M. B. Bergin, R. Bryant, and D. R. Ogilvy; stewards, Messrs C. C. Price, E. H. and R. Robinson. E. M. Wyllie’ J. W. Bowe. L. C. Bryant, E. Christensen. H. F. Hughes, and P. A. Linsuard; auditor, Mr G. V. Fraser.
