REPORTED PURCHASE BY U.S. MILLIONAIRESS Countess Haugwitz-Reventlow, formerly Miss Barbara Hutton, the Woolworth heiress, is reported in Paris to have recently bought worldfamous emeralds to the value of £240,000.
