Patterson was the only other man to shoot the possible 15 1 birds and in the shoot-off over five r birds each man missed twice. Three L ’ more birds had to be taken before the | men could be separated, Taylor tak- ' ing all of his on the first barrel. V Paterson used his second barrel once , but missed the third bird.
