It is very seldom country people r have the opportunity of seeing a e first-class troupe, such as the “Sxvalds,” who are making a onee night appearance at the Bulls Theii atre next Monday, August 10. This brilliant troupe has earned a wonderful reputation in every town in which t hey have appeared, and the artists ' featured are the very best that, this country can produce. The cast includes such linn favourites as Jimmie (“Goofus”) Scott, xvho leaves shortly for Australia to fulfil professional stage engagements. Zelda Watts, N.Z.’s Gracie Fields, brilliant comedienne and impersonator. “Casd tano,” who features some startling n tap and Spanish dancing. “Merea,” the personality girl, in her own bright k novelty numbers. Bunny Jones, e crooner, sings all the latest hits. Edna Watts, talented sketch artist, ’■ and Otto Schweers, novelty pianist. The “Bullfight,” “Stooges,” and the 3 hilarious “Schooldays” farce are three s highly-diverting burlesques.
