COMMISSION’S REPORT NO FURTHER ACTION MELBOURNE, July 23. A recommendation that no further action be taken against Superintendent Brophy or the other police officers concerned in the recent inquiry by Judge Maclndoe has been made to the Chief Secretary by Acting-Police Commissioner Mooney.
