The President, Al. 1c Brun, has signed a scries of decrees dissolving a number of semi-Fascist organisations, including the Croix de Feu and the Jeuncsses Patriotes. Cabinet has approved ji Bill to establish a national wheat office to control the market and also a project to modify statutes of the Bank of ' France, but the plans for nationalisation of armaments may he delayed. Reform of the Rank of France supplants the existing control with a regency council on which will sit representatives of employers, trade unions, and the Confederation of Labour. TOTAL SWELLING STRIKERS IN BELGIUM TROOPS OCCUPY BUILDINGS Received Juno 19, 5.5 p.m. BRUSSELS, June 18. Twenty thousand people have struck, bringing the total number idle in Belgium to 400/100. A determined hut futile effort was made to induce the transport workers in the Belgian back country to join the strike. Troops have occupied many Liege factories in order to prevent sabotage.
