q-’HE interest in rare editions of stamps is nowadays so widespread that the fact that to-day is the last on which the Post Office will issue Anzac postage stamps should not be overlooked, these stamps will be a novelty to overseas correspondents and will in all probability be of considerable value in the future. There is a further interest in this issue which merits bearing in mind, and that is it is a means whereby the disabled returned soldiers and their dependants can be assisted.
