FOR THE KING’S BIRTHDAY WANGANUI TOURNAMENT. SECTIONS FOR TROPHY PL.tv. On Tuesday next, the King’s Birthilay, the Wanganui Basketball Association will conduct a tournament on the Technical College asphalt courts for the King’s Birthdav Trophy. Play will commence at 9.30 p.m. 3he teams have been divided into three sections as under:— Section a. Glcnooe. Kia Ora A. McKenzies. Nga Toa A. Tech. College A. Y.M.C.A. Club A. Y.M.C.A. Gym. Section B. Girls’ College A. Kia Ora B. Nga Toa B. Cambridge A. Tech. College B. Y.M.C.A. Club B. Section C Girls’ College P>. Girls’ College C. Marton A. Marton B. Cambridge B. Intermediate. Any team not taking the field pune* tually must forfeit the game. Referee should report at the courts at 9.15 a.m. Representatives. The representative teams will practice at Queen’s Park School court, on to-day, at the conclusion of the first division games. Any player absent without leave will be replaced.
