A Vienna message states that Italy does not object to the restoration of . the Habsburg dynasty to the throne i of Austria. According to the Reich- , post of June 16, Italy approves, even emphasises, that the restoration ques- , tion is a purely internal Austrian affair, because no international treaty prevents Austria from choosing her s own form of Government. As a mon- ] aichian country and a friend of Aus- i tria, Italy will understand all the decision sof the Austrian people, whether ’ other countries are pleased or not. i Prince Otto, in a letter to Austria < from his Belgian exile, promises to I bridge over all class antagonisms when i he is restored to the throne. “As a < true Habsburg I will make sacrifices in 1 my Austria.”
