Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Miller and Miss Prudence Miller, of {Sydney, are visitors to the city, and are guests at Foster’s Hotel.
Mr. Andrew Liddle, of Winton (Southland), now on a holiday visit to Wanganui, celebrated his 95ih. birthday yesterday. Mr. Liddle, who is the guest of his son, Mr. Gordon Liddle, regularly comes to Wanganui each winter and remains until the spring. Hcreturns to his home in Southland for the summer. He is very active, in spite of his age, and is enjoying good health.
