DISQUALIFIED CYCLIST. [ British Official Wireleaa. ) RUGBY, June 16. The appeal of J. Guthrie, who was disqualilied by the stewards in the Junior Tourist Trophy Race in the Isle of Man, was considered last night and was upheld.
