Charged with obtaining £l6O from ndependent Motor Sales Ltd., by alselv representing a cat in his possession was his own and unencumbered, lames Lawrence Holden, aged 23, me•hanie, pleaded not guilty and was comnitted for trial. It is alleged that he disposed of a •ar held on time payment, representng that he had paid cash for it.
