CHILDREN'S GARDEN CIRCLE
CARD AND DANCE EVENING. The “C.G.C.” held their usual fortnightly card and dance evening on Thursday evening in. the W.D.F.U. rooms, and the many who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Railway Monte Carlo caused much amusement and was won by Miss Kockell and Mr. Holmes. Other prize winners were as follows, most games, Mr. Quarterman; least games, Miss K. Gibson; winning table, Mrs. Christensen; Mr. and Mrs. Symons, Mr. E. Bell; booby table, Mrs. Sievers, Miss Hunwick, Mrs. Cooper, Mr. Smith. Mr. P. Cox, as usual, was the efficient M.C., and Miss Gregos officiated at the piano. The C.G.C. committee tender their thanks to all those who attended, thereby helping the funds of the C.G.C.
