Isn’t it surprising how the time flies? 1 don’t have much time for writing now, as I have a 10l of knitting to do. A jumper lor my sister, a pullover lor my uncle and another pullover tor my sister's husband, So you can imagine how much spare tune 1 have. 1 went to the -Marlon races and thoroughly enjoyed myself, vh.it with eating ice creams, watching the horses, ami to end up the day we all went to the pictures. I drove the ear and wasn’t .1 pleased when the journey was ended. -My grandmother has let! us to go- to the South Island where she is to spend a holiday with her youngest daughter. 1 enjoyed my 'Holiday in Auckland very much and only wished 1 could have stayed longer., We’ll, Wendy, it is halt-past twelve and I I think it's time all good children | went to bed, so I must say ohecrio.- , From “ARAKAWA 11.,' C.W.K.,| Ngutuwcri.
