RESERVED JUDGMENT ( Per Pres* Association. ] WELLINGTON, June 12. In a reserved judgment, Judge Smith to-day held that the legatees in Sir G«orge Hunter’s estate were entitled to interest at 5 per cent, per annum, also that the residency of the estate was liable for payment of estate and succession duty. To enable further consideration of the question of the allocation of payments of interest to the residency income or capital and other questions outstanding, the summons was adjourned.
