The Alberta branch of the Canadian Manufacturers’ Asst’iation has notified Mr. Aberha’t that the “prosperity bonds he proposes to issue as a medium of excl ange will not be accepted by the business.” The bonds, which are really scrip on which each recipient affixes stamps, are termed an intolerable turnover _ - -
