DRUG TRADERS
EXECUTIONS IN CHINA GENEVA, May 27. Dr. Wellington Koo told the Opium Coniinittec that 970 persons were executed in China last year for trading in consumption drugs. The Government had succe’cded in restricting secret factories and traffickers. The biggest obstacle at present was Lhe vast trade conducted by foreigners in China.
