As in other countricy, he had visited in the last two or three years, he believed New Zealand would, in a very short time, become a demonstration country —one demonstrating the power of the living God. “After having talked with very many people, including politicians, protessional men, business nieu and people representing almost every part of the community, my impression:' arc that New Zealand is going to be a Godguided country with a God-guided Government,” continued Mr Menzies. Asked if he could point to any centre in New Zealand as more advanced spiritually than others, Mr Menzies named Christchuivli. lie was impressed by the responsiveness of the business community there. Mr Menzies mentioned that a “team” of pioneers of the Oxford Group in New Zealand would be leaving shortly for England to take part in an international “house partv” of the group, to be held at Oxford early n July.
