MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB. Attendance was good at lhe weekly shoot of the Aliniature Rifle Club on Monday night. Fine shooting was witnessed, especially by the juniors. Rifleman T. Hills won the anonymous button for juniors, after shooting off with Rifleman G. Bond, both securing 59, Hills score being 63 in the shoot off. The highest score off the rifle was secured by Rifleman T. Hills with 69, and he also secured the highest score with handicap. The finals of Air. McGregor’s trophy were completed, resulting in a win for Rifleman W. Old. The second shoot for Mr. Winchester's trophy will lake place next, week and also a team shoot with the Alton ALR. Chib. It is interesting to note that the Patca. Miniature Rifle Club have entered a team for the Winchester Cup, run by the New Zealand Miniature Rifle Club.
