WINDING-UP ORDER
GOLDEN GULLY SLUICING COMPANY I Per I rcss Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, May 26. The affairs of the Golden Gully Sluicing and Development Company. Ltd., were before the Supreme Court to-day, w*hen an order for the wind-ing-up of the company was granted by Mr. Justice Northcroft. The petition for winding-up was presented by three shareholders. Before proceedings opened counsel for the voluntary liquidator said he consented to the order for winding-up as asked for under Section 169 of the Companies Act. The order was made accordingly, petitioners being allowed costs.
