STROKE MATCH AT BELMONT DRAW FOR SATURDAY. M anganui Golf Club members will play a stroke match at Belmont on Saturday. In conjunction with the stroke match the test round for the monthly stroke competition will be played. Competitors need .not buy a 3d card but have to hand the o dinary card in. Consequently those who have won their first round matches should waste no time in playing their next match. Unless those who have not yet played get their matches off before the week-

The grading for the senior, middleweight and junior has been hxed Senior 12 and under, middleweight 1? to 21, junior 22 and over. Moro interest is being displayed in tho monthly stroke competition, although again this month one player, H. H. Christie, has so far a' substantial lead in the field. However, the test round is to be played on Saturday in which all scores count whether gnod, J( bad, or indifferent. The best scores of those who have put in two cars are:— H. H.
