Chilled Beef in Over Supply LAMB AGAIN EASIER Lamb market: Shade easier. Mutton market: Lightweight wethers slightly lower. Ewes easier, with heavier arrivals, and slow demand. Beef market: Frozen teef prices nominal. New Zealand porker pigs: Trade slow. New Zealand baconer pigs. Market quiet and unchanged. The aibove report was received on Saturday by the Meat Boarcrfrom its London office, which advises that the following are the approximate average prices realised for the week, based on actual transactions of wholesale quantities of the descriptions of moat mentioned, and are for representative panels of the goods offering during the week, being for business done on the basis of delivered to Smithfield market, and/or ex London stores.
