i WANGANUI ASSOCIATION FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY The Wanganui Hockey Association's competitions will be continued next Saturday on Gonville Park. The following grounds and umpires have been allotted: Men’s Senior • Hinemoa A v. Y.M.C.A. at 3 p.m. on No. 1 ground. Umpires, Messrs Glenny and Spurdie. Wesley v. Hinemoa B at 3 p.m. on No. 3 ground; Messrs, Hartnell and Upton. Men’s Junior Ratana v. Technical B at. 2 p.m. on No. 2 ground; Messrs. S. Hughes and Upton. * Women's Section Technical Old Girls v. Kauangaroa at 2 pm. on No. 3 ground; umpires, Messrs. Howatson and Grey.
Ratana v. Girls’ College A. (Ratana wins by default)). Technical College v. Girls’ College B will not be played. Aramoho v. Kaiwhaiki at 2 p.m. on No. 4. ground; Messrs. Atkins and Gurney. Putiki v. GonviJ»e Old Girls at 2 p.m. on No. 1 ground; Messrs Gleuny and Spurdle. Old Girls have the bye. On Saturday, Alay 23, the annual six and seven-a-side tournament for men and women respectively will be held on Gonville Park. Entries close with Air. C. A. Condie. P.O. Box 133, at 5 p.m. on Alay 19. This tournament is open for teams affiliated, to the Wanganui Hockey Association.
