In answer to His Honour, witness said she did not know whether her mother-in-law’s health would permit her to live alor.e. Medically, her mother-in-law was supposed :o be sound, but she was morbid. His Honour said the position was a highly ur.r.sual one and he would take time to consider his decision. He would ask counsel, in support of hii application ,to submit legal argument to him in writing.
