SPECIAL ORDER. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Kimbolton, on Wednesday, the 27th day of May, 1936, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of confirming a Resolution passed by way of Special Order at a ‘Special Meeting of the said Council held on the 22nd day of April, 1936, as follows: “That in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1928,” the Kiwitea County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order as follows: —“That Variegated Thistle (Silybum Mariamum) being a plant mentioned in the Second Schedule of “The Noxious Weeds Act,” as extended from time to time by the Gover-nor-General in Council, be- and the same is hereby declared to be a Noxious Weed in the County of Kiwjtea within the meaning of the ‘Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.’ ” Dated at Kimbolton this 4th day of May, 1936.
