AH’. William C. Morris, of Bombay, India, is a visitor to Wanganui. He is a guest at Foster’s Hotel. Mr. J. B. Cotterill, ALP. for Wanganui, spent the week-end in the city. He returns to Wellington to-day. Acknowledgment of a message of greeting and congratulation on his appointment as a Privy Councillor has been received from the Prime Minister Hon. Al. J. Savage, by Chaplain Fraser, on behalf uf a number of Wanganui natives.
