COASTWISE MOVEMENTS CARGOES FROM NORTH AND SOUTH KAPITI FOR LYTTELTON The coastal motor-ship Kapiti (242 tons) cleared Wanganui on Saturday for Lyttelton, from which port she sails to-night for Wellington. COAL CARGO DISCHARGED The Anchor Company’s twin-screw collier Rata (974 tone) discharged Westport coal at Wanganui on Saturday and was to have sailed that night for Greymouth. (Cock and Go.). CEMENT FROM TARAKOHE With Tarakohe cement for .Wanganui, the Anchor Company’s t.s.m.v. Nikau (248 tons) arrived early on Saturday morning, and after discharge at the Town Wharf sailed for Lyttelton. She is to sail to-day for Picton. (Johnston and Co.). HOLMDALE EXPECTED TO-MORROW Holm and Company’s s.s. Holmdale (681 tons), cn route to Wanganui from Dunedin and way ports, is scheduled to complete her loading at Wellington and Picton to-day. BREEZE LYTTELTON TO-DAY The Canterbury Steam Shipping Company's 622-ton coastal motor-ship Breeze (Captain R. D -Stewart) is scheduled to call at Lyttelton to-day and at Wellington to-mor-row. She is due here again on Wednesday. (Millward and Co.). GALE'S ITINERARY ALTERED The Canterbury Company’s m.v. Gale is now listed to load at" Bluff to-day, calling at Dunedin to-morrow. OVERSEAS VESSELS. (To Berth at Castlecliff) OMANA IN PORT The Union Company’s intercolonial freighter Omana (2550 tons. Captain Inman) arrived at Castlecliff early on Saturday morning from Melbourne, via Auckland and Sydney. Discharging operations were commenced on Saturday and will be resumed today. The steamer has South Australian, Victorian and Tasmanian cargo for Wanganui. She is scheduled to sail at noon to-day for Westport. Bruce Bay and Greymouth, at which ports she will load timber for Melbourne and Adelaide. Messrs. C. F. Millward and Go. are the Omana't Wanganui agents. JAMES COOK TO LOAD. The H. C. Sleigh (Melbourne) steamer James Cook (2142 tons. Captain C. G. Turner) is expected at Wanganui on May 15 from Wellington. The vessel will load for Melbourne and Sydney and is to clear Wanganui on May 14 for Greymouth. (Holm and Co.). GABRIELLA TO LOAD. The Union Company'a 1557-ton freighter Gabriella (1557 tons) is scheduled to load at Newcastle on May 11 for New Plymouth and Wanganui. The vessel will complete at Sydney and is expected here about the middle of May. (Millward and Co.). SULPHUR FROM JAPAN. Kempthorne, Prosser and Company, Limited, has received advice that the Cheifuku Maru is due at Auckland from Japan on May 18 with bulk sulphur for discharge at Auckland, Lyttuiton and Castlecliff. HOMEBOATS DUE. . (To Load in Roadstead) TONGARIRO DEPARTS Having completed the Wanganui portion of her Homeward loading, the Federal freighter Tongariro cleared the roadstead on Saturday for Wellington. MIDDLESEX DUE TO-DAY From Bluff, Oamaru, Lyttelton and New Plymouth, the Federal freighter Middlesex is expected at Wanganui to-day and is to sail to-morrow for Wellington, from which port she is to sail on May 16 for Southampton and London, via Panama Canal. (Johnston and Co.). THE TORT ADELAIDE. The Port Adelaide is due at Bluff on May 21 from Australia to commence loading and completes at Port Chalmers, Timaru, Waikokupu, Gisborne, Napier and Wanganui, clearing the roadstead finally on June 13 for London via Cape Horn. The Tekoa, now en route from Antwerp to Auckland anc New Plymouth will commence loading after discharge at the Taranaki port on May 19. and completes at Opua, Auckland. Napier. MATAROA’S ITINERARY The Shaw, Saviil and Albion liner Mataroa will leave London on May 13. She is due at Wellington on June 17 to land passengers. and will then proceed to Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to unload her cargo.
