ALLEGED MURDER
GUNN TRIAL CONTINUED ( Per Press Association. ] DUNEDIN, May 8. The trial of Hugh Urquhart, Neil Gunn of murdering William Beatty at Waitepeka on February 22 was advanced a further stage to-day. One further witness was heard for the defence, after which Mr. C. J. L. White addressed the jury for four hours on behalf of accused. The Crown Prosecutor, Mr. F. B. Adams, was proceeding with his address when the Court adjourned till to-morrow morning.
