MOVE IN MELBOURNE AIR AND SHIPPING COYS. [Bx Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] deceived Mav 7, 11.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, May 7. A large company to merge the important air services of Australia is being formed in Melbourne. The parties interested are Holyman’g Airways, the Adelaide Steamship Company, and th? Union Steamship Company of New Zealand, all of which own and operate air services. The capital is likely to be £500,000. It is believed that the new company will ultimately absorb other air companies. Consideration is also being given to taking over the Trans-Tasman Development Company begun by the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.
