The Sun-Herald learns that letters are being exchanged immediately terminating t>he Anglo-Argent ne Treaty. The British authorities mt entitled to give six months’ notice :•! their intention to renounce the treaty from May 7, but instead are concluding an arrangement whereby the *r aty can be terminated on November 7 without six months’ notice. The termination vitally concerns the Dominions, especially Australia, because the extent of the Argentine’s future beef exports to Britain will be dependent upon the new Angu-Australian meat agreement, which has replaced the expired Ottawa
