BROADCAST OF SPEECHES
NOT WANTED IN AUSTRALIA CANBERRA, May 6. The Minister of Defence, Mr. Parkhill, representing the Postmaster-Gen-eral, said in tibe House of Representatives that it was not considered desirable to broadcast Parliamentary debates. Mr. Parkhill was replying to Mr. Baker’s question of April 29.
