TEACHERS FAREWELLED PRESENTATIONS FROM STAF? Misses J. AlcNiven and G. Duncat, of the staff of the Wanganui Technical College, were farcwelled oy the staffs and pupils yesterday on toeir leaving to take up’other appointments. Miss AlcNiven is taking up appointment as senior mistress of the Greymouth Technical'High School. The staff of the Technical College picsented her with a crocodile leather handbag. Aliss Duncan, who has Le«'*n senior mistress of the college, transfers to a position as assistant in the Wanganui Intermediate School. The staff of the college presented her with a gold wristlet watch. Last evening a social -jf tie member!* of Braik and Pi rani Houses was held at the school to the de{•art!eg ladies when AFi-is McNiven wa« presented with a rock crystal necklace and Aliss Dur.'cau with a oarred campho '**=s*id box.
