Gower as chairman, and Mr. R. J. Linton as secretary. OTAMAKAPUA. Mr. S. J. Lowry was elected ©hair man of the Otamakapua School Committee. He has with him the following committee: Messrs. W. Thompson, | 11. Burford, N. A. Miller and F. It. Fulton (secretary). PARAWANUI, Mr. L. Sanson presided over a fair attendance of householders at Parewanui. A very favourable report was read concerning the past committee's activities, the school being now in a better grade than ever before, and the board awarded an environment certificate this year, and congratulated the committee on their good work. A credit balance was shown in the accounts. Mr. Mac. Homes moved a hearty vote of thanks to the outgoing committee, which was carried by acclamation. The following committee was elected .■ Mr. J. M. Montgomerie (chairman), Mr. W. Hart (hon. secretary), Mr. L. Sanson, and Mesdames L. Sanson and G. Uroslana. • RATA. Tire meeting of householders a* Rita School was presided over by Mr. H. Leaning. The following committee w»s elected: Messrs. T. G. Haywood, A. H. Rhodes, C. McManaway, H. Leaning and A. Diehl. The committee elected Mr. F. Haywood ns chairman, and Mr. A. Diehl as secretary. The meeting was well attended and adopted th© report and statements of accounts. RANGIWAHIA. The meeting at Bangiwahia was presided over by Mr. W. E. Boahier. The following committee was elected; Messrs. W. E. Boshier, F. E. Hancock, H. G. Fankhauser, J. Rose, G. E. Rose. The committee elected Mr. AV. E. Boshier as chairman and secretary, and Mr. F. E. Hancock treasurer. The balance-sheet showed a good credit balance. There was no interest shown by householders, only the old committe and teacher being present.
