FIRE AT SCHOOL
ONE ROOM DAMAGED. [ Per Press Association ) DARGAVJLLE, April 7. The Tangitcroria School narrowly escaped destruction by fire. The children cleared up rubbish, which was burnt some distance from the building, but it was later discovered that the corner of the school was alight, and fire having travelled along a drain. By the strenuous efforts of the teacher and residents tho flames were subdued. Fortunately there was no wind, otherwise the building would have been dostroved. One room was badly damaged
