QUESTION IN COMMONS LONDON, April 6. Replying to a House of Commons question whether the Government had received any communications from Turkey in reference, to rebuilding the fortifications at the .Dardanelles, Mr. Eden said: “There has been no official communication but the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs has mentioned the desire of his Government to raise the question at a suitable moment.”
