DEALING WITH SPEEDSTERS [ MAGISTRATE'S SUGGESTION. I Per Press Association J WELLINGTON, March 17. A new penalty in cases of dangerous driving and travelling at excessive speed, was suggesetd by Mr. Mosley, S.M.. when hearing by-law cases to-day. He said that he had been hoping that power would be given to the Court to order the sealing down of cars so that they could not exceed a given speed. It would be an excellent wav of punishing speeding motorists if they could be ordered not to exceed 25 miles an hour over a definite period, and provision should be made to this end by sealing down their car»*
