OHURCU PARADE IN LONDON LORD MAYOR TAKES SALUTE lONDON, March 15. Played to St. Paul’s by the Welsh Guards and Royal Artillery Bands, 1400 “Old Contemptibles” in mufti, with their war medals, held a church parade under the eyes of field-marshals, admirals, civic dignitaries and t‘he French and Belgian Ambassadors, after which the Lord Mayor took the salute in the inarch past at the Mansion House.
